Two-person rule

In production a lookup goes live only when an owner or admin other than the one who added it publishes it.

What each role can do

Owner: everything, including the team
Admin: models, lookups, tenants and settings
Support: read answers and activity, change nothing
Read only: look, change nothing

A role is chosen when someone is invited.
